Pre-Implementation Planning

The key to any successful project is planning. Prior to starting any implementation we will sit down with the entire project team to begin planning of the project. This includes team identification, resource planning, responsibility delegation and preliminary target completion date. It will outline the major phases of the project and establish the reporting process and a project team meeting schedule for status updates.

Implementation Management

During the implementation process , Accounting Technology Systems will take ownership of the project and work with the in house team managers to ensure the project is staying on time and most importantly on budget. We will identify any tasks that are off course and work with the client team to find ways to get back on track.

Project Planning

Project planning involves outlining each necessary implementation step by creating a detailed task list, calendar, Gantt chart and resource planning documentation. This includes developing the timeline and target completion dates for each step, the responsible party for each step and identify scheduling conflicts for each module to be implemented. Plus the training plan for your staff.

Status Reports

During the project status reports will be made to appropriate personnel on a predetermined time line to keep management up to date on progress.
