Part of that relationship is being there for you when
questions arise after the initial implementation. As your
business grows your systems must grow with you over time. We
are available for any technical support issues which may
arise as well as working with you as your needs change to
modify or add to the system to meet those critical goals. We
provide ongoing support through many means; first is
telephone, email, fax etc. For rapid response we offer
remote connectivity support through Windows Terminal Server,
Citrix or PC Anywhere, and
GoToAssistÔ.
On-site support
Perhaps the most important form of support is on-site. We
are available to come to your office and work with you to
assist with questions, training needs as new staff comes on
board, customization, report writing, process assistance,
technical support and system enhancements. After the
implementation is complete we are still available to lend a
helping hand.
