Custom Training

Hands-on training is the most effective and cost effective training method for learning new software. This hands-on training customized specifically to your business needs and processing procedures allows users to become comfortable with the software and minimizes down time and stress during a system cut over. The training is presented in two four-hour sessions for each module and two general system sessions and is designed to cover basic training for each module in the first session and advanced training in the second session. This proven approach allows users to retain information and build their comfort level with the system.

Classroom Training

In addition to custom training sessions performed by ATS staff members the software publishers also offer customers the opportunity to attend training in their classroom style facilities. This training is an excellent way for users to share experiences and get new ideas from other users from other companies about how they are using the software.


Customized Procedures Manuals

Part of the implementation and training plan is the creation of customized procedures manuals. These manuals are tailored specifically to your business processes and documents the procedures used for entering your data into the system. These procedures manuals are used as the training manual during the custom training sessions and are a great tool for training new staff members. They also serve as excellent reference material for processes that are not run on a frequent basis and minimize reliance on outside consultants to answer procedural types of questions.
